Wayne Maxey - Memphis Bop Club

Wayne Maxey has been a very active part of the Memphis Bop Club since its inception in 1987. He has served tirelessly on the Dance Committee throughout the years as well as various other Committees. He has been the President of the Memphis Bop Club and an active participant in MBC’s Casino Royale Event over the five years prior to his nomination to the Hall of Fame. Wayne loves the Memphis Bop Club and utilizes every opportunity to promote MBC and the 50s/60s style of dance known as the Bop. The Memphis Bop Club was proud to recommend Wayne for the ABA Hall of Fame in recognition his hard work and strong dedication.
